Yoga

Lucinda has been teaching yoga since early 2005 and became certified to teach yoga in 2006 through the Feel Your Best Yoga school of Mequon, WI. Blending styles of Ashtanga (core strength), Iyengar (alignment), Kundalini (energy), and Viniyoga (individual emphasis), Lucinda meets yoga students at their own individual starting points and provides a therapeutic style of yoga that encourages people to feel healthy, whole, and energized.

Lucinda began her practice of yoga in 1993, and has discovered a love for the expression of the body through movement and a deep respect for the healing that can occur when the inner and outer expressions of the body are in balance. Yoga practice has encouraged Lucinda's physical, mental, and spiritual development and has helped Lucinda work through depression, anxiety, to maintain a healthy weight, and to manage the effects of various physical injuries including a broken neck in December of 2006.
